How to Shop Online At Cloverleaf Farm Herbs and Gifts
On the left hand side of every page is a category listing of all our online products. Click on a category to open a listing of available items in that category. There will be a list of items, price and a link to add the item to your shopping cart. Most items will also have a small picture. To learn more about an item, and view a larger picture, click on the link or the small picture.
How to Search
Just click on the Search link in the upper left of any page. Once on the search screen, just type in what you are looking for. Next just click on the Search button and a list of possible items will appear. Just click on the item you are interested in.
If the search doesn’t work, check your spelling or try similar wording. When all else fails, let us know what you are looking for. We will help you locate the item.
What is Browse Products?
The browse feature is simply a listing of every item we have listed online. The items are in no particular order. This is similar to thumbing through a catalog. The Browse link is in the upper left corner of every screen.
What is My Account?
To make shopping easier, you can create an account on our server. Each time you shop here, just type in your user name and password. Your address and shipping information is saved and never has to be typed in again. You will have the opportunity to update this information each time your checkout or change it for just one order. For your protection, credit card information is never saved in the My Account feature. The My Account information is available in the upper left hand corner of each web page.
Privacy Policy
Our policy is quite simple and doesn’t require a legal degree to understand. The information that you voluntarily provide on this site will be used solely for the purpose of selling and shipping our merchandise to you. We do not resell your information or give it to any other company. They can get their own customers.
Credit card information is sent securely to the card processor at time of order. No credit card information is stored on our server(s). No employee of our business can even view your complete credit card information. To help prevent credit card theft, a number of safeguards have been built into our system. Should you be blocked attempting too many credit card entries, please call us at 603-539-7878 with your order. Other features are built into the site for additional antitheft protection including order encryption.
