It's formula was designed to help those who can't always fall asleep on their own because of a busy mind. Drink a cup right before bed for a good night's rest. Contains: Lemon balm and skullcap leaves, hop flowers, valerian root, passionflower herb and lavender flowers. Directions: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb, cover and steep 3-5 minutes. Strain and drink. Drink one cup before going to bed. Caution: Should not be used by persons with thyroid disease. Do not drink while using anti-anxiety medication such as Valium or Diazepam. Do not drink if taking other sleep medications. Do not drink if using precription anti-depressants. | |
